Through On the Job Training, businesses may be reimbursed up to 100% of the new employee’s wages while they are in training. The OJT program is a “hire-first” program in which the employer enters into an agreement with Career Focus Inc. to hire, train, and retain an individual upon successful completion of the training program.
Career Focus Inc.’s Supported Employment program supports people with significant disabilities to find paid, assisted employment. We start with a thorough pre-screening of clients’ career goals before matching them with relevant local employers.
